What we collect
Your account details, meaning your name and your phone number or email. Your booking and trip history. Wallet and payment references, never your full card details, which stay with our payment partner. The vehicle location while your trip is on the road.
How we use it
To hold and confirm your seat, take payment, show you where your vehicle is, send safety alerts, answer your support requests, and make the service better.
Who we share it with
Our payment partner, so your payment can complete. The authorities, where the law requires it. Nobody else. We do not sell rider information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Your choices
You can read and change your account details, or delete your account, from your profile at any time. After deletion we keep financial records for the period the law requires, with your personal details removed from them.
