What we collect
Account details (name, phone or email), booking and trip history, wallet and payment references, and — during an in-progress trip — the vehicle's live location.
How we use it
To create and manage bookings, process payments, provide live trip tracking and safety alerts, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (to complete transactions) and, where legally required, relevant authorities. We do not sell rider data.
Your choices
You can review and update your account details, and request account deletion, from account settings. Financial records are retained for the statutory period even after deletion, with personal details anonymized.
