Booking and payment
Your seat is held for a short window while payment completes. Once confirmed, a booking is tied to one trip, one date, and the seats you chose. Fares are shown in Naira and are paid through our payment partner or from your CloudLines Wallet.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel online up to 24 hours before departure. Paystack payments return to the original payment method; wallet payments return to your CloudLines Wallet. Bank processing time may apply. Closer to departure, contact support and we will help.
Boarding and conduct
Bring a valid boarding pass and travel in the seat assigned to it. Arrive at the terminal before departure. On the road, follow the instructions of your driver and the terminal team, which exist to keep everyone safe.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change as the service grows. Anything that affects your booking, your money, or your journey will appear on this page before it takes effect.
