Bookings & payment
Seats are held for a limited window while payment completes. Confirmed bookings are tied to a specific Trip, date, and seat; fares are shown in Nigerian Naira and settle via our payment partner or wallet balance.
Cancellations & refunds
Online cancellations close 24 hours before departure. Eligible cancellations are refunded to your CloudLines Wallet. Contact support if you need help closer to departure.
Boarding & conduct
A valid boarding pass and seat assignment are required to board. Riders are expected to arrive ahead of departure and follow driver and terminal staff instructions for safety.
Changes to these terms
CloudLines may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
